Patient makes contact with Zenith via phone, social media, or requests a call back online. Patients may also make contact via the enquiry bot, picked up by our patient coordinators.
The Zenith team answers the phone or calls back the patient and discusses their needs/treatments.
The patient is then booked in for a consultation with the relevant member of the Zenith team, such as the Doctor, Surgeon, or Aesthetic Therapist.
The patient then comes in for a consultation to discuss everything to do with their journey at Zenith and desired results.
If appropriate and fit for treatment, the patient is then booked in.
If we believe the treatment is not suitable for you, we will refer you on to a different doctor / procedure, or the procedure will simply not go ahead.
For surgical patients, you will be invited in for an initial consultation with the Surgeon and Surgical coordinator to discuss everything in detail from your desires for the outcome of the procedure to the Zenith surgical journey.
In some occasions, the surgeon may want to hold a second consultation with the patient.
Following your consultations with the surgeon, you will have some time to think about whether you wish to go ahead.
If you decided to do so, you will need to contact the clinic and book your surgery day. On doing this, we will take a £1,000 deposit.
There is a 14-day cooling-off period between consultation and final procedure.
All remaining cost of treatment must be paid in full 28 days before your surgical procedure.
Following your consultations with the surgeon and leaving your £1,000 deposit, you will come back to the clinic to have your pre-op done, bloods taken, and before photos taken.
This is usually about 2-weeks before the final operation.
On the day of surgery, you will arrive at the clinic and be greeted by our receptionist before being taken down to the patient lounge before your procedure.
For non-surgical patients, you will be invited in for an initial consultation with our Doctors or Aesthetic Therapists where they will assess the area you’re looking at having treated and then devise a treatment plan for you.
For any non-surgical treatment, at the point of booking, we will take a deposit of £30 which is redeemable against treatment.
Depending on what treatment you are having you will either be invited back to carry out your treatment or treatment will be carried out on the same day.
From the moment you walk through the door before your treatment right till you finish your treatment, we offer 24/7 aftercare and advice for any concerns you have pre and post-treatment.
