Do you use Laser or Radiosurgery?

We use both. However, for most raised moles, we prefer Radiosurgery. Unlike Laser (which burns the mole away entirely), Radiosurgery  used radio frequence to shave the mole intact first to send for testing (ensuring it is safe/benign) before we smooth the skin. We typically reserve Lasers for specific surface lesions or flat pigmentation.

Is it painful?

The procedure is virtually painless. You will feel a small "scratch" during the local anaesthetic injection, but after that, the area is totally numb. You can relax knowing it is finally being taken care of.

How much does mole removal cost?

The cost of mole removal depends on the method used and the number of moles treated. You'll receive a clear, personalised quote following your assessment.

Will it leave a scar?

Our goal is to make the result as invisible as possible. While any removal carries a risk of a mark, our stitch-free techniques are the "gold standard" for minimising scarring. The result is typically a flat, pale patch that is far more discreet than the raised mole was.

How long does it take?

We call this a "Lunchtime Transformation." The actual removal often takes less than 20 minutes, meaning you can walk in with the weight on your mind and walk out feeling lighter in spirit the same day.

The Process

The Assesment

We assess each mole to decide between laser or radiosurgery. Raised or pigmented moles usually need radiosurgery for safe removal and testing. We choose the technique that delivers the safest, best result.

Treatment

We use a local anaesthetic to numb the area completely. Then, using either high-frequency radio waves or laser energy, we gently smooth the imperfection away layer by layer.

Post-Treatment

Because there are no stitches, the healing is simple. You leave with a small, tidy dressing. Over the next week, a small scab forms and falls away naturally - revealing fresh, flat, and more natural-looking skin. 

Sides Effects & Risks

Common side effects include mild redness and swelling. Rare risks such as infection or pigmentation changes will be discussed beforehand.
