Is fat freezing effective?

Yes, fat freezing (cryolipolysis) is clinically proven to reduce localised fat. Results vary, but many clients see visible improvements within weeks of treatment.

Is fat freezing painful?

You may feel intense cold and a slight pulling or tingling sensation initially, but this usually eases quickly. Most clients remain comfortable and relaxed throughout the session.

What is cryo lipo used for?

Cryo lipo targets stubborn fat in areas such as the abdomen, thighs, flanks, and upper arms. It’s not a weight loss solution but supports body sculpting and contouring.

How many fat freezing sessions will I need?

Many clients notice results after just one session. However, multiple treatments may be recommended depending on your goals and the area treated. We’ll create a tailored plan for you.

The Process

Pre-Treatment

Before your treatment, we’ll assess your suitability, discuss your goals, and explain what to expect. No special preparation is needed, but we recommend wearing comfortable clothing.

Treatment

During your session, a cooling applicator is applied to the selected area. The procedure typically lasts 45–70 minutes. You can relax, read, or listen to music during this time.

Post-Treatment

You can resume normal activities immediately after treatment. Temporary redness, tingling, or numbness may occur but usually resolves quickly. Visible results typically appear within 6–12 weeks.

Sides Effects & Risks

Possible side effects include temporary redness, swelling, bruising, or numbness in the treated area. Serious complications are rare. We’ll discuss all risks during your consultation.
