How many Laser Genesis sessions will I need?

For optimal results, a series of 4–6 sessions spaced a few weeks apart is usually recommended. Your practitioner will personalise a plan based on your skin’s needs.

What should I expect after the treatment?

Your skin may appear slightly flushed for a few hours, but you can resume normal activities straight away. Results develop gradually with each session.

Is Laser Genesis safe for all skin tones?

The Process

Pre-Treatment

Before your Laser Genesis session, avoid sun exposure and active skincare ingredients like retinoids for several days. Your practitioner will assess your skin and discuss your treatment objectives.

Treatment

During the session, the Cutera laser gently heats the upper dermis with micro-pulses of light. This stimulates collagen production and promotes a more even skin tone.

Post-Treatment

There’s no downtime required. You can return to your usual routine immediately, but it’s important to apply SPF and keep your skin hydrated. Results improve progressively with each session.

Sides Effects & Risks

Side effects are typically mild and temporary, such as slight redness or warmth in the treated area. Rarely, pigment changes or irritation may occur. All potential risks will be discussed during your consultation.
