About Dr Khan

After qualifying as a prize-winning physician, I trained across the Atlantic in Internal Medicine in Fort Wayne, Indiana, USA. In 2013, my passion brought me to England where I worked in Oxford and London Deanery Hospitals with a deep interest in research-based medicine. My papers have been published in esteemed international medical journals including Clinical Toxicology (USA), United States National Library of Health, to name a few.

I have specialised in Minimally Invasive Cosmetics Dermatology (Aesthetics) and Hair Restoration Medicine and Surgery, having pursued my postgraduate specialist training from Queen Mary, the University of London. I have since completed two separate fellowships in hair restoration surgery.

I am a  Associate Member of the International Society of Hair Restoration Surgeons USA (ISHRS) and an Associate Member of the British College of Aesthetic Medicine UK (BCAM). In addition I hold a PG. Specialist qualification in Aesthetics from University of London.

For Hair Transplants, I specialise in both Follicular Unit Extraction (FUE) and Direct Hair Implantation (DHI), both of which involve no stitches and minimal discomfort. I have also developed the UHL method to create the undetectable design and appearance of the hairline, which is a favourite amongst female patients and male patients alike. In addition a lot of males come to me for beard transplants. For females we also offer eyebrow transplants exclusively by DHI (Direct Hair Implantation) method. I also offer PRP done by a unique and exclusive technique offered at a select few places in the world to suitable with very promising results, for patients who want to avoid surgery or where hair restoration surgery is contraindicated.

Personally I am a sportsman and love outdoor activities. I play golf and tennis in my free time and try to keep myself fit. Having been a national level sportsman in my earlier years has helped me develop un urge for perfection in whatever I do professionally.
