He graduated from Trinity College, University of Cambridge with a Masters of Arts in Natural Sciences and went on to continue his studies at Royal Free Hospital of Medicine, followed by University College London, which is where he received his PhD in tissue engineering in plastic surgery.
Over the last 2 and a half years he has performed breast and gynaecological reconstruction at The Royal Marsden and at Queen Victoria Hospital, East Grinstead. Mr Branford has performed over 300 successful microsurgical procedures and prides himself on the safety and quality of his clinical work.
Mr Branford has a special interest in breast microsurgical reconstruction surgery which consists of rebuilding the breasts using the patient’s own skin, fat and/or muscle.
