EndyMed™ 3DEEP® Fractional Skin Resurfacing results in smoother, brighter, tighter skin as well as improving the appearance of wrinkles, sun damage and scars. It uses clinically proven 3DEEP RF technology, benefiting from a non-invasive procedure with good patient comfort and excellent safety profile.
With the EndyMedPro unique 3DEEP technology, radio-frequency will never be the same. State of the art medical device engineering has enabled multiple sources of electromagnetic energy to work simultaneously and in synergy in the skin delivering a controlled, focused and DEEP heating that results in predictable and excellent clinical results. Specifically; tightened, lifted and more shapely skin. Importantly EndyMedPro 3DEEP RF delivers these clinical results without pain, down-time and with an excellent safety profile including those with skins of colour and those with fair complexions. The EndyMedPRO 3DEEP system is multi-application and has multiple hand pieces to enable the practitioner to effectively:
Tighten and lift skin on the face, neck, decollété and arms and tighten, lift and contour body areas suchas the tummy, flanks, thighs and bottom and also improve areas of cellulite.
During the procedure the EndymedPRO RF hand piece will be constantly moved around the treatment area, a gel will be used on the skin to make this easy to manoeuvre. The skin will warm up, feeling like a hot shower or bath, the practitioners expertise, advanced controls and safety features will further help make the procedure comfortable and safe. A treatment area such as the face will normally take 30 to 45 minutes. There is no down-time, normal activities can be resumed although high-level UV protection using Heliocare SPF50 gel or hyrdragel is always recommended over the course of treatments. A course of treatment normally consists of 6 sessions 1 to 2 weeks apart. The results are due to natural changes in the skin and as such are ongoing and long lasting, but will be enhanced with good evidence based skincare, UV protection and periodic top-up treatments.

I am happy with results so far, I definitely see a big difference on the appearance but I think it is a bit pricey for the fact that itv is not a permanent results.
I feel more confident when having tight clothes around my tummy area, especially when I sit down or bend over when wearing a bikini at the beach.

The Endymed™ 3DEEP® FSR Procedure
This is repeated to provide complete coverage of the treatment area. Your skin may feel hot for an hour or so after the procedure and will also appear red. A recovery cream may be applied at this stage to help soothe and calm the skin.
Over the next few days it will be a little crusty and flaky as the resurfacing takes effect and the epidermis is renewed. This should normally be resolved after 5 to 7 days.
From one week onwards the benefit of the resurfacing with a brighter smoother appearance should start to be noticeable. At the same time the dermal heating will be stimulating new collagen which will start to re-model and tighten from 4 to 6 weeks onwards giving a gradual and natural improvement to fine lines, wrinkles and scars.
A course of treatments normally consists of 3 sessions 4 to 6 weeks apart. The results are due to natural changes in the skin and as such are ongoing and long lasting, but will be enhanced with good evidence based skincare, UV protection and periodic top-up treatments.
Facial Tightening Frequently Asked Questions
Why does our skin lose elasticity and start to sag?
Our skin is supported by a structure of collagen and elastin fibers in the dermis in a network of skin cells, fibers and blood capillaries. Below in the hypo-dermis or subcutaneous tissue there is supporting fat tissue with strong and elastic collagen tissue, other supporting skin cells and the blood and circulatory system. As we age the collagen and elastin fibers break down and become less structured and elastic and our repair and replacement of these becomes less efficient. External factors such as UV radiation, lifestyle and environmental pollutants can make this worse. This results in wrinkles and the the changes in the deeper tissues lead to sagging of the skin often know as skin laxity. Changes in and around fat cells in the hypodermis where the supporting collagen fibers and circulatory system becomes impaired can lead to them becoming less compact and structured causing a raised and dimpled appearance of the skin in body areas, a problem known as cellulite.
What is skin tightening with radio-frequency?
Radio-frequency a form of electro-magnetic energy, it is used in medical aesthetic procedures to transmit energy to the deep dermal and hypo-dermal areas of the skin, areas where other medical laser and light devices can not penetrate. If the radio-frequency is focused and sufficient in these areas it will cause the collagen to heat to a level where it will contract and start to tighten and lift the skin. This immediate effect is then followed by the production of new collagen, which re-models and tightens naturally over time, producing an underlying natural tightening, lifting and shaping of the skin.
Are all radio-frequency devices the same?
No; medical aesthetic practitioners and clinics tend to use higher specification and energy level devices than are used in the beauty sector and the machines they use are normally approved as medical devices under the European medical device directive and approved in the USA by the FDA. Also until now the technologies available to medical aesthetic practitioners had limitations; the energy and heat could be delivered too superficially in the skin limiting the efficacy and predictability of outcomes alternatively to achieve the deeper collagen heating desired high level and relatively uncontrolled energy could cause excessive heating particularly in the more superficial levels of the skin, causing pain, increasing the safety risks and again compromising the predictability of results.
